Migraines are a disabling neurological disease that affects people of all ages. Migraines are hereditary, if one parent has migraine there is a 50-75% chance that their child will be affected. Migraines are more common in females. It is important to identify migraine triggers, intervene early at the start of migraine pain, and if needed, consider prophylactic treatments such as Nervio or medication.

Tourette Syndrome is a disorder of the nervous system that causes people to have motor and vocal tics. Tics are sudden and repetitive twitches, movements, or sounds. Tics are involuntary but are sometimes briefly suppressible.
Tourette Syndrome begins in childhood, usually when children are between 5-10 years old and peaks during adolescents commonly followed by resolution in adulthood. Boys are more likely to be affected than girls and it often co-occurs with other related conditions. The two most common conditions are ADHD (50% to 70%) and obsessive-compulsive disorder (30% to 50%). Other common conditions are autism spectrum disorder, learning disabilities and anxiety disorders.
